What personal data we process
This website has no contact form, login or e-commerce. We only process personal data in the following limited situations:
- When you email us (for example via the “Send message” button), we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, for security and to keep the site running.
- This site loads fonts from Google Fonts; to deliver them, your IP address is shared with Google.
Purposes and legal basis
We use the data you send us solely to respond to your message and, if relevant, to follow up on a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you contact us to discuss working together, taking steps at your request prior to a possible agreement.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking cookies and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers. The site stores one small, purely functional preference in your browser — your chosen language (English or Dutch) — using session storage. This is not shared with anyone and is cleared when you close your browser.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share personal data with parties that help us operate the website or that we need to correspond with you:
- Our hosting provider (website and server logs).
- Our email provider (to receive and answer your message).
- Google Fonts (font delivery, as described above).
How long we keep your data
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and no longer than necessary or than required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@photizodata.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
